Please include the name of the atendee, title, organization and their email address.
Your seat in the online trainings and in-person event will be confirmed only when the check arrives. Spaces are limited and seats are filled on a first-come-first-served basis.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Due to the format, no refunds will be available once payment has been received. Substitutions will be allowed for the in-person events or coaching sessions. All substitutions must be requested in writing to email@example.com. For substitutions, the names of both the original and substitute registrant are required.
